CAIRO – 12 December 2019: Liverpool Egyptian winger, Mohamed Salah, scored an amazing goal to secure his team’s victory over Red Bull Salzburg which granted the Reds the top of the group.

The Egyptian dribbled the opponent’s defender and goalkeeper, running away towards the far corner and flicked the ball with his weak foot to find the target from an impossible angle.
Salah’s goal was nominated alongside Houssem Aouar’s magnificent goal against RB Leipzig, Dinamo Zagreb’s Dani Olmo’s goal against Manchester City and Felipe Augusto’s goal for Atletico Madrid against Lokomotiv Moscow.

16 teams from Europe’s biggest five leagues have secured their spots at the prestigious competition’s knockout stage.
Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur are representing England at the knockout stage with the aim to keep the title in England for the second straight year.
The Spanish clubs suffered during the group stage as three Spanish teams, Real Madrid, Valencia and Atletico Madrid, reached the second round as group runners-up.
Barcelona was the only Spanish team to secure the group top despite playing in the group of death alongside Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan and Slavia Prague.
Germany’s RB Leipzig reached the knock out stages for the first time in the history to represent the German nation alongside the two giants, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
Paris Saint Germain and Lyon are carrying the French hopes to win the title for the first time since 1993 when Marseille granted France its first title.
Juventus, Atalanta and Napoli will raise the Italian flag and they hope for bring back the title to Italy for the first time since 2010.
The knockout stage draw will be held on Monday.
