Three films to screen at Adef Deca in September

CAIRO – 10 September 2017: Adef Deca cinema will screen three films every week in September at 7 p.m.: “12 Angry Men” on September 12, “Reservoir Dogs” on September 19 and “It's Only the End of the World” on September 26.
”12 Angry Men” directed by Sidney Lumet and written by Reginald Rose; it talks about an 18-year-old boy who is accused of murdering his father and the twelve jurors residing over his case are instructed by the judge to reach a ruling for first-degree murder. All of them are convinced that he is guilty except for one juror; juror 8, who keeps defending him until his acquittal.
The movie stars Henry Fonda (Juror 8), Lee J. Cobb (Juror 3), Martin Balsam (Juror 1) and John Savoca (the accused).
The second movie, “Reservoir Dogs”, is directed by Quentin Tarantino, and focuses on a jewelry robbery for which thieves are hired by a crime boss who intentionally makes them strangers to each other by giving them false names to prevent them from getting close to each other, in an attempt to push them to focus on the mission. During the robbing, the police show up spreading panic among them, and two are killed during an exchange of fire while the others manage to escape. When they assemble again they begin to suspect that one of them is an undercover cop.
Last but not least, “It's Only the End of the World” is a 2016 French drama film directed and written by Xavier Dolan. It is about a man who returns to his family after 12 years of absence, suffering from an inner crisis on whether he should tell his family that he is dying or leave them instead.
