Ayew: I think it was our best performance of the season

CAIRO – 27 November 2017: Swansea City scored a valuable point after a 0-0 draw with Bournemouth on Saturday in the English Premier League after a rocky season.
Although the team did not do as well as they could have, Ghanaian striker Jordan Ayew sees the glass half full.
The draw ended four consecutive defeats by Swansea, led by Coach Paul Clement, and kept the team in the 19th place with nine points after 13 games.
"We feel we should have three points, but at least we have one and we did not lose the game," Ayew stated on the club's website.
"We tried our best to win but when things are not going your way, it sometimes does not happen,” Ayew said.
"I think it was our best performance of the season – the gaffer said that. It is something to build on and hopefully we can take into in the next games. We have set the standard now," added Ayew.
Wilfried Bony said he hopes to play a bigger role in leading Swansea towards the safety zone, after Clement put him in the lineup for the third time since moving from Manchester City earlier this season.
